Holy Mass for today, March 28, 2020
Celebrant: Fr. Dan Leary

Dear Lord, today was a beautiful gift from You. I adore You and praise you for being so creative! During my walk this morning I saw so many beautiful things You created out of love for us: the bright yellow flowers, the blue jays, the cardinals and the flowers growing. Thank You for creating flowers! Thank You for not being just a practical God, but a creative one who loves beauty. I also give You thanks for giving me peace and clarity today to work on home projects and volunteer to help others, even from my own home. Thank you, Lord for your gift of clarity.

Lord have mercy,
Christ have mercy,
Lord have mercy,
Christ hear us,
Christ graciously hear us,.

God the Father of heaven,
Have mercy on us.
God the Son, Redeemer of the World,
Have mercy on us.
God the Holy Spirit, Holy Trinity one God,
Have mercy on us.

Maris Stella, Star of the Sea, from this ship I bring you my sixteenth rose. Holy Mother, the news becomes more dismal each day for the storm raging outside of our boat. Nevertheless, there is this incredible joy and peace in parts of the boat. Dear Mother, thank you. Thank you for guiding us in the storm to Jesus.
Maris Stella, Star of the Sea, pray for us

Queen of Apostles, Queen of Martyrs, Queen of Confessors, pray for us

Queen of Apostles, pray for us. Queen of Martyrs, as we contemplate the first Luminous Mystery of the Holy Rosary, the Baptism of Jesus, help us grow in the virtue of being open to the Holy Spirit when He speaks to our hearts.

Queen of Confessors, please illuminate the hearts of all priests and have the Holy Spirit be with them as they continue celebrating the Holy Mass and hearing confessions. Queen of Apostles, help us all be true apostles of Christ by following Him and not being deaf to the voice of the Holy Spirit that we received at our baptism. Especially during these days of social distancing, and not being able to be with people, help us to rely on the voice of the Holy Spirit to guide us in helping others. Help us take breaks from our phones, and screen-time to be in prayer and ask the Holy Spirit to guide our thoughts and hearts. Help us be open to His voice and flow in our hearts and for us not to brush it away as a crazy thought. Queen of Martyrs, help us die to our nature and follow the will of God, which is love.

Hail Mary full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art though among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory for ever.

All glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be a world without end. Amen.

For Mother Mary

Hold us tonight, dear Mother
