Holy Mass for today, March 29, 2020
Celebrant: Fr. Dan Leary

Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of today. Thank You for Your overflowing love from the Eucharist and for priests who are willing to bring Christ to us through the Blessed Sacrament. Thank You for loving us tenderly, warmly and with an affection unknown to man. Thank You for the beauty of good friends who share in our joy and in our prayers. Thank You for the beautiful children of my catechism class today, singing their hearts out on our Zoom meeting. You are a wonderful, joyful and sweet God.

Lord have mercy,
Christ have mercy,
Lord have mercy,
Christ hear us,
Christ graciously hear us,.

God the Father of heaven,
Have mercy on us.
God the Son, Redeemer of the World,
Have mercy on us.
God the Holy Spirit, Holy Trinity one God,
Have mercy on us.

Maris Stella, Star of the Sea, from this ship I bring you my seventeenth rose. Holy Mother, how sweet you are always pointing us to living like you to be with Christ. Stella Maris, build us a new boat to sail on after this storm. Help us not only oar the boat with our futile strength but with your heavenly hand to guide us.

Queen of Virgins, Queen of all Saints, Queen Conceived without original Sin, pray for us

Queen of Virgins, pray for us as we contemplate the third and fourth Luminous mysteries of the Holy Rosary which was inspired by St. Pope John Paul II.  Queen of all Saints, help us to grow in the virtue of coming to Jesus through you, Mary. Just as the servants did in pouring the water that Jesus miraculously turned to wine, help us be those pitchers with our lids off, ready and open to allow flowing water in our souls and for Christ to make a miracle in our hearts.

Queen Conceived without Original Sin, pray for us. Help us, oh Holy Mother, to always come to you for intercession. Help us as we contemplate the fourth Luminous  Mystery, Jesus proclaiming the Kingdom of God and for the conversion of all, to grow in the virtue of being a Christian witness for conversion.

Oh Queen Conceived without Original Sin, you know your children! We are like bratty kids sometimes that just want to do things our way, and here we are now all stuck indoors and so many people are really sick. We need you, Holy Mother to help us stop being selfish and self-centered and truly be like Christ for the conversion of souls. Help us, to pray for those souls in danger of death today and for them to be surrounded by your maternal mantle. Queen of all Saints, be our mother in this fight and help us bring holiness of Christ in our faith, our hope and our love for others. Help us be pure and simple in all we do.

Hail Mary full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art though among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory for ever.

All glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be a world without end. Amen.

Mother Mary, hold us and intercede for us.
